80℃ TPU charging pile cable sheath material is based on polyether polyurethane elastomer, added with high-efficiency flame retardant and other processing aids, and is made by mixing, plasticizing and granulating. It has excellent performance such as halogen-free, high flame retardant grade, high resilience, hydrolysis resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance and oil resistance, and can add matte matte, frosted and other effects according to customer needs; no precipitation pollution, in line with ROHS and other relevant requirements.

It meets the requirements of various specifications and models of AC and DC charging pile cables.
TPU charging pile material has a highly scratch-resistant and flexible appearance, high mechanical properties, high tear resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance.
It meets the requirements of CQC, TUV, UL62, and other standards, and its flame retardancy reaches UL1581VW-1 and FT2 levels. It complies with environmental protection requirements such as halogen-free, REACH, RoHS, and 23P-FREE.
It has passed the -40℃ low-temperature embrittlement test, the -50℃-105℃ high and low temperature cycle bending test, and the 150℃ high-temperature crack resistance test, ensuring safe use under both extremely cold and continuous high-temperature conditions.
It has passed the 80℃ hydrolysis resistance test and the 2000-hour double 85 test (85C & 85%), making it suitable for use in various environments. The cable is available in glossy and matte (frosted) finishes, giving it a more delicate, comfortable, and soft feel, making it a superior material for charging cables in new energy vehicles.
