The Silicone Rubber used for UL electronic wires are primarily based on fumed silicone rubber compounds. They meet the aging requirements specified in UL1581 for 150℃/200℃ silicone rubber used in SA-type wire insulation, as well as the aging requirements for 150℃/200℃ silicone rubber used for jackets or insulation as outlined in Table 50.210 of UL1581.
These materials are suitable for manufacturing internal circuit connection wires for various household appliances and electronic equipment, as well as internal circuit connections, power transmission lines, and signal control lines for diverse types of equipment. The flame retardancy meets the FT-2 rating.
