These automotive cable materials are suitable for manufacturing automotive high-voltage cables and thin-wall cables ranging from 0.35mm² to 120mm². ANGREEN XLPO materials for automotive cables are available in two temperature ratings—T3 (125°C) and T4 (150°C)—and comply with standards such as ISO 6722, ISO 19642, JASO D 611, DIN 72551, and GB/T 25085. They withstand 3,000 hours of long-term thermal aging and 240 hours of short-term thermal aging. Voltage ratings meet 600 V AC/1,000 V DC and 1,000 V AC/1,500 V DC requirements.
