This product uses high-quality polyethylene resin, adds imported silane coupling agent, and initiates grafted polyethylene (A material), and uses high-quality imported organic tin catalyst, antioxidant, etc. to make catalytic masterbatch (B material). The industry-leading weightless metering scale and extruder are used in production, with uniform and stable formula and reliable process. It has excellent extrusion performance, fast production speed, high surface finish, and stable and reliable physical and chemical indicators of the product. The maximum long-term allowable operating temperature can reach +150°C
It has excellent low-temperature embrittlement performance and can meet the production of small-size cables of 6mm and below.
Application: Insulation layer for cross-linked polyethylene cables of 3kv and below, and overhead insulated cables of 10kv and below. Produce high-temperature resistant cables and extrude cable insulation layers of various cross-sections with a thickness of 0.5~2.5mm.

Notes:
1. The mixture should be used within 8 hours of mixing. Do not use material A if the bag is broken. Polyethylene color masterbatch (needs to be dried, water content <200ppm) can be used during processing
2. During transportation, stacking and storage, it should be protected from sunlight, rain and water, etc. The storage environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.
3. The storage period is within six months from the date of production
