On March 29, 2025, the CNAS assessment team conducted an on-site review of the Angreen South China (Dongguan) R&D Laboratory. The laboratory successfully passed the surveillance audit for laboratory accreditation by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and was awarded the official national-level CNAS Laboratory Accreditation Certificate.
This accreditation signifies that the R&D and testing capabilities, as well as the management system standards of the Angreen South China (Dongguan) R&D Laboratory, have reached the internationally recognized level. Test reports and results issued by the laboratory will now be officially recognized in over one hundred countries and regions worldwide, enabling clients to overcome trade barriers more effectively. It also highlights Angreen’s strong technical competence and professional standing in the wire and cable sector as well as in the national quality inspection field. Reports issued within the accredited scope will carry the internationally recognized CNAS mark (ilac-MRA/CNAS), serving as a transparent foundation of trust.
The expert panel conducted the review strictly in accordance with CNAS-CL01 Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, along with the relevant CNAS application notes for the wire and cable sector. The dual approach of "document review + on-site operations" was used to comprehensively examine the laboratory’s facilities, equipment calibration, personnel qualifications, data traceability, and quality management system.
Capability Verification:
The assessment team placed particular emphasis on key technical aspects such as flame-retardant material consistency evaluation and conductor DC resistance testing. They confirmed that the laboratory’s testing procedures conform to the ISO/IEC 17025 international standard.
Closed-Loop Quality Management:
The team highly commended Angreen’s quality management system, noting its "closed-loop approach from method validation to risk control" and praised its "deep integration of scientific research and testing activities, which showcases strong technical capabilities."
The experts further noted that Angreen’s quality management system is well aligned with its testing activities, forming a closed-loop process from method verification and equipment calibration to risk control. The laboratory meets all CNAS accreditation requirements, especially excelling in R&D capability, laboratory competence, method validation, and testing technologies, all of which reflect outstanding technical strength and innovation.
